With the hedgehog, I went in and used the contrast tool, and darkened the picture a little bit. I liked the contrast tool with her quills, it really makes each one pop.
For this I used the contrast tool, lightening, and I used the "color correction" tool. I wanted the cooler colors to be highlighted a bit more, and the contrast of light and dark between the leaves. I really like how they came out.
Not only do I LOVE these pictures, but that looks just like my hedgehog! Mine has a chocolate snowflake coloring, which looks like what this one has. Cool beans!
ReplyDeleteI agree! You can really see the colors in her quills highlighted. The contrast between the brown and the purple makes the photo pop.
ReplyDeleteI really love how you adjusted your second photo. When you adjusted the light it makes the green in the leaves really stand out.
These photographs look great. If you could post the originals, it would be really cool to compare the difference your changes made.
ReplyDeleteI too really like the hedgehog photo. I have never seen a hedgehog in person, are they naturally this color or was this part of the enhancing?
